Confirmation – Bookings will only be considered confirmed once a deposit payment has been received by Africa Exclusive.

Rates – Please be aware that Africa Exclusive will purchase the best possible rate of exchange at the time and that any changes in rates and forex fees will be reconciled based on costs incurred.

Cancellation – Any requests for cancellation or postponement must be made in writing to Africa Exclusive and will be subject to the following cancellation policy

• Prior  to 6 weeks notice – 20% deposit forfeited
• 4 – 6 weeks notice – 30% forfeited
• 2 – 4 weeks notice – 50% forfeited
• 2 weeks or less notice – 100% cancellation fee

Africa Exclusive will do their best to negotiate reduced cancellation fees under extenuating circumstances with the relevant lodges.

Insurance – Africa Exclusive recommends that all clients take out travel, medical and curtailment insurance while travelling in Africa – and cannot be held liable for any cost incurred beyond their control.

Indemnity – Africa Exclusive hereby indemnifies itself against any injury or death incurred by clients whilst travelling or in proximity to wildlife.

Passports and Visas – It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their passports, visas, and any other documentation required are valid for the countries in Africa to be visited.

Changes and Delays – Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, Africa Exclusive may need to make changes to accommodate certain unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions.
